I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.

Be ready to wait hours, no matter how many times we go in, we are always there hours. The waiting room is over filled, can't ever get any answers. And if your child is sick better not expect to get seen that day unless you know they are sick by 8 in the morning because after that they don't take walk ins. Better make sure your child schedules to be sick! The Dr. thinks he is more a singer than a doctor. If he would answer my questions as much as he sings I might know something!

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day every time I went, even if I was scheduled to be among the first patients seen. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting.
