I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
