The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not really, my back hurt after my procedure

Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
