The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
