For his Munster office
Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I asked the cost of future treatment and felt as if I had offended someone. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My 6 year old daughter dreads going back to the dentist, she said they are mean, they asked her to open her mouth and when she got tired and closed it for a minute, they told her in a mean way "you just don't listen". I have requested a copy of my files and moved on. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort as a Pediatric Dentist, the office staff should cater to children understanding they are not adults and their attention span is very short. The Jones children will NEVER return. Dr. Tyree is a great dentist, but his staff sucks.....
