They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. My brother and I saw Dr. Hyde when I was a younger and now both my girls do. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
