Dr Frank has been my Aunt's doctor for as long as I can remember. He has treated her whether she has insurance or not.

She was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer June 3, 2011, and if it wasn't for Dr Frank, we would have lost her shortly afterwards. He has been a tremendous help to her, MUCH more than the cancer doctors she saw in Scarborough. He has even told us that if she can't make it to his office, he could come to her. Nowhere do you find a doctor like that anymore.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
