They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. I was able to choose the flavor and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I even received a birthday greeting by email. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I found this dentist through my insurance provider list, and went to her because she was close to where I live. She pulled an abscessed tooth which sent me to the hospital for 5 days, required surgery to drain, and I spent a month on antibiotics. She basically 'washed' her hands of and totally forgot that I even existed; absolutely no follow-up on her part to even check to see if I was still alive! This is not the kind of treatment that you'd expect from a medical or dental professional; heck for that matter, the kind of treatment that you'd expect from any kind of professional. Her indifference and 'quality of care' before, during, and after my first and only visit to her was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this "Dentist" to anyone.
