Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
