Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
