I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices.
