Within seven seconds of looking at my legs, he immediately diagnosed me with excema. He gave me a prescription that has changed the pigment in my legs, so now my legs look spotty. After returning for my next visit, he gave me a different prescription, and assured me the pigment change is not permanent. This new medication makes me itch more, my legs have gotten worse looking, and my leg coloring is still spotty with a pigment change. It has been nine months, and nothing has changed. Not only is my skin issue not resolved, he is a nasty person. The WORST bedside manner I could imagine, and simply does not care about his patients, nor does he even make the attempt to care one iota. I have heard the other two doctors in this practice are wonderful, but they have lost me as a patient totally, because I am appalled at Dr. O'Neill. Save yourself the time and do not go to him. Otherwise, everyone in the office is great and welcoming, and the office is clean.
