The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart.
