I took my mom to have infected teeth pulled and was told she had a balance that they NEVER sent me any invoices in the mail for. I paid almost $200.00 on the balance that they said would cover the cost of having the 2 teeth pulled. They only pulled one of them while infected I might add and then sent her away and told me to bring her back to have the other one pulled the next day. They never gave her antibiotics and now her mouth is oozing puss. I was due to take her in and they said no because of the balance even though we had come to an agreement with the payment. She still has one infected tooth in and and a hole where the other tooth was oozing puss and when I told the office the woman that answers the phone simply said pay the balance then we will see her. I am taking her in to our family physician today to see about anitibiotics.
