I had not gone to this clinic since Dr. Cummings retired. I returned when I needed a crown. I really like Dr. Pierce. He was very informative and did a great job. My only complaint is that I was not aware of their new billing process until I was in the chair. It put me at a disadvantage. I was not prepared. They did kindly work out a plan with me. Also I don’t like that they charge a 6 percent fee for using a credit or debit card. That seems high since so many people use cards instead of checks these days.

Cleaning went well. Holly always does a good job. I plan on calling about next cleaning date - should it be June vs July? Overall, well done.
