I didn't even get a chance to visit the office. I called for some information and the lady was very rude, acted as if I was a bother to talk to on the phone, even tho I could've been a potential customer! Changed my mind quickly about where I will seek dental care!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The worst experience I have ever encountered. I spent a few hundred getting dentures but I promise they are terrible dentures. I can't eat with them and I have terrible sores. I did go in to see if they could correct it but they were so very rude and ill mannered that I swore I would never go back again. They don t explain anything and seem so offended if you ask them any questions. They do not clean the rooms from what I could see and most of the time when you go in it smells. They gave me a paper and after letting them know I already had one they took it back and set it with other papers ready to give it to their next victim knowing full well I was nursing my bloody mouth after having teeth pulled, filthy office. Be forwarned find someone else. I give this place a -1

They answered questions I asked but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but seemed rushed and no time for niceties.. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't really know the right questions until later...they answered all I ask, they seem rushed but think they know their business and will go back. They offer a hell of a service at affordable prices...which many could not get dentures if it wasn't for that. I give them an A+.
