When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
