Where to begin.

Reception is generally rude and unprofessional. Strike one.

I went there for a basic pap, as part of a time-sensitive medical check-up for work.

A MONTH later, I was angry that I never got my results. I was told that they wouldn't give me them over the phone, and to come in. When I came in and said I was there for my results, I was told to pay a $50 copay. I explained that I/my insurance already paid for the exam- and if you pay for the exam you shouldn't then pay extra for the results- but they insisted that I needed to pay the $50 copay (and my insurance would pay heftily too) for every consultation with the doctor.

She said that, looking at my results, [I] 'really should meet with the doctor."

So I paid the $50 and met with the doctor.... JUST FOR HER TO TELL ME THAT MY RESULTS WERE NOT IN.

Strike two.

Later, I brought my mother in for a pap. She doesn't have insurance. They charged me $250 for the pap, which I thought was expensive, but I paid it. Much later, we got a bill in the mail from Quest Diagnostics for $279. When I called Dr. Muonekee's office, I was told that 'the $250 was only for the consultation, and the $279 was separate.' Bringing the total cost of one pap smear to over $500!

Strike three.

Avoid this place like the plague.

No integrity. No professionalism.

I have been going to DR. Muoneke for years. I must say that she does have a no nonsense attitude, but she is the best doctor. She delivered my daughter in 2008 which she almost had to do a emergercy c-section, because my daughter's heart rate kept going down. My pregnancy was high risk because I had 7 fibroids. Overall, I think she is a great doctor and I will continue to go to her.

To start, the staff is so welcoming. However, the doctor is seriously crazy. She doesn't answer any questions, and assumes that she knows everything about you. She is rude and inconsiderate. Just save your money, and go to a professional environment.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
No, they were very calm and understanding

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Maureen Muoneke! It was all about the money for her, she over charges, she made me pay $400 for a normal scan to name a few. She is also very rude and impatient, when my water broke at 7pm, i called her mobile phone to tell me what to do next, she told me to call her office and listen to the recorded prompts, not only that i rushed to the hospital ignoring her instructions, only for her to come in the following morning at 8:45, I laboured all through the night, morning and through to 3:45 when an emergency c-section was done, she should have shown more concern as she was my doctor and there was a limit to what could've been done without her. So I do not recommend her PLEASE!!!!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there but i could see why she is a very disrecpectful women her additude was very nasty toward her staff . an to top it off she was late
