They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
