They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
