Great staff! They are friendly, experienced and accommodating. Clean, modern office with nice equipment. Always helpful and always a good experience!

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. The receptionist is cold and uncaring. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They pre-submit your insurance for a procedure. They tell you it's covered and then they bill you 90 days later for several hundred dollars. The reason is "the insurance didn't cover it". How can that be if it was pre-submitted? Why didn't somebody say that before the procedure was done?

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
