I really like Dr Blaes, he is understanding and not judgmental. He seems very smart and I trust that he has my best interests. I don't like the receptionist, she's very rude and has a horrible phone manner which makes it difficult trying to make appointments.

I don't feel like I've made any progress whatsoever after seeing them. They haven't been able to help me at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
