It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
