Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The office was easy enough to find. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.
