No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation
