I was very disappointed by Dr. McGann. I didn't go back to this doctor because of poor service. I've never dropped a doctor before for this reason.

They overbooked patients and created a long wait for all their patients I didn't mind waiting, but when I actually saw Dr. McGann he was rushed and spent almost no time with me and didn't answer my questions about my eyes. They brushed them off with incomplete answers and spent roughly 3 minutes with me.

My eyes and vision are very important to me. I would have paid more for a doctor that would have taken the time to explain what was wrong with my eyes to me. The prescription he gave was fine.

Part of being a good doctor is educating your patients. Sometimes there is a trade off between making more money (i.e. seeing as many patients as you can fit in an hour) and providing superior medical care. My experience was that McGann provided care below my expectations. I will not be back.
