I'm still upset with how long they made me wait in their waiting room before my appointment. I wasted half my day. Their office was extremely difficult to find. The directions they gave me were completely wrong, and if I hadn’t been so sick I would have just turned around and gone home. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
