My daughter needed a dental screening for her preschool enrollment. I was recommended to Dr. Kemper by my pediatrician. His office charged me 30 dollars for this screening. When we got to the office a nurse called my three year old daughter to the examination room. Then a few short minutes a nurse called me back. She handed me a sheet with four checks on it and said my daughter did great. I asked was this it and surprisingly she said yes. I didn't even get to meet the dentist. I would have loved to meet him and discuss the dental care of my three year old. What did I pay my 30 dollars for, what did they do? Where was the customer service? I will not be returning to Dr. Kemper's office.
