I've had annual skin checks for the last 15 years because I'm fair skinned and I have a history of blistering sunburns. I saw Dr. Paul about 5 years ago and he advised me that annual checks weren't warranted because he did not see any suspicious moles. Luckily I ignored his advice and changed doctors. I just had two biopsies performed yesterday because of changes in moles that Dr. Paul told me not to worry about. So find a different doctor if you are concerned about your health.
