I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
