Service is great, but.....
-they don't accept Met life Insurance. I asked if the doctor will ever consider accepting Met life and was told they will get back to me on this. never happened.
-Billed me for first time child cleaning of my 3.5 years old son $185?! All they did is count his teeth, checked for caries and did not even applied fluoride. We were told it will cost $85, but wasn't told that there is $101 charge for new patient evaluation.
- They gradually lost interest since I was not going to do any expensive crowns and bridges. I was pushed toward spending thousands toward new dentistry.
- They insisted I have to go for cleaning every 3 months. I've heard from other patient they are recommending this to almost everyone. What a clever way of creating steady income an ensuring their hygienists are getting loads of work too.

With all my respect to Dr. Bryan Lions (the owner of the practice) we are going to see another dentist which hopefully is not that greedy (if there is a such a thing as not greedy dentist).
