I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
