They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on.
