Their staff is very friendly and professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
