I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance; however exam rooms were positioned such that patients getting their blood pressure taken could see my undressed backside every time the doctor/assistants opened the door. I would estimate that 3 different other patients saw my butt on the visit. The personnel failed to answer some of my questions and spoke at me as if I was an uncomprehending child. Instead of the doctor calling me with lab results she had her assistant do it and she was not able to answer all of my questions. I was very unhappy with the doctor's rushed visits and condescending attitude. Whenever I call the office I am never able to reach an actual person. I always have to leave a message and wait to be called back. They played the typical, annoying elevator music while I waited in the exam room.
