It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
