They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. they are awesome!!!

Forget the canned answers, Dr. Wheeler is awesome, he does great work, his staff is fantastic, I would pull my own tooth out to go there, if you live in or around Lynn go see him he is amazing, I hated my teeth before I went there, they have a payment plan and take great care of me! The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. I had xrays done by an incredible woman but was then told upon leaving, in front of the waiting room that it was the Doctor's "pet peeve" to have children (5 and 7), in the waiting room. I was told and could hear the waiting room from where I was that they were fine, but he doesn't want children there. New patients should be asked if they are coming with children. I was embarrassed and angry. We pay good money for dental work, it's a "pet peeve" of mine to be ignored when I come in because they have lunch from 1-2 and my appointment was at 2, no sign or anything on the desk. I stood there for a good 3 minutes before I asked someone if anyone was in the office. I also have a "pet peeve" of being unneccessarily embarrassed by well-behaved children. I haven't even met the Doctor but I'll never go back.
