They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was given the wrond advise regarding the dental work I needed. I had a gold in my mouth that I have been requesting to have pulled for 2 year. Convenient Dental told me to keep the gold, it looks good. I went to another dentist for 2nd opinion. The tooth has 2 rotten holes in the back, it loose and I had lost 75% of bone density. So because I took her bad advist for 2 years. I not only need the tooth pulled, it caused other problems that will cost me $3,300. Stay away from Convenient Dental on Rolling Road. NOBODY there has a clue. From the front door to the back.

My initial visit to this office was very frustrating. I waited 20 minutes before I was called to the dental chair, and then waited an additional 20 minutes before actually seeing the dentist. The only procedure that was done was a wing-bite xray. Their equippment and furniture is outdated and the staff does not present a pleasant atomsphere in person. To make matters worse, they charged me a copay for this visit that I wasn't supposed to pay. The office manager became rude and disrespectful when I came back to inform her of their mistake. I received my refund, but felt compelled to report this dental office to my dental insurance company. Avoid this dental office at all cost!

How are they in business. My hubby came for dentures and waitied a month and a half. When asked about the lab where they were made, we were told it was illegal to state. To get satisfaction you need to call them bi-weekly. I don't recommend this facility to anyone who wants expert and fast service.

This is my first review ever writing, I just do not want anyone else to make the same mistake I made. Convenient Dental was such a HUGE disappointment. Let's start out with the gatekeeper, the receptionist. This woman barely acknowledges you. She is sweet as pie on the phone, but in person has this superiority complex. She is just rude! Next you are taken to the back. They keep you there forever without telling you anything. No one lets you know what is going on. They started to work with me, then go to another patient. At the same time you have unattended children running around the office as if this is normal. Then the dentist gets a call and takes it. She proceeds to have a 5 minute conversation in front of her client. The office looks dirty, old, unorganized, an outdated dental tools. The drawers are broken and falling out, files are everywhere and no privacy in room at all. If you have the option to go elsewhere, please save yourself time, money and energy.

I visited this denal center when I had a lot of tooth pain. I came through a careington Dental plan and the dentists have to adhere to the fee schedule per this dental plan.

I got a very bad treatment because the dentist focused on getting money from me first rather than finding out what the problem was. She did not give any explanation for what she is charging me for and later I discovered that she charged disproportionately to my fee schedule. Before even looking at my condition, she swiped my credit card for 50 dollars and then did some treatment that didn't take my pain away.

Later when I went for tooth extraction, I was supposed to be charged $71 per my fee schedule but this dentist cheated me for $157 just because I was in pain. She lied to me that the extraction treatment was very complex and all they did was just to remote the tooth in one shot. The fee was charged disproportionately.

I will never visit this dentist again and I want to inform this to the first time patients about this.

I had to change my dentist because I switched jobs and my new insurance did not cover the dentist I had been going to for years. So at the recommendation of a family member, I went to Convenient Dental. The receptionist is very unfriendly and barely acknowledged my presence. While waiting over an hour to be seen (for a scheduled appointment) the Dentist and the receptionist were talking horribly about the Dental Hygenist, in the open area where all the patients can hear the conversation.
My appointment was for a tooth ache as well as a regular cleaning. The first thing I noticed about the facility is that it could use a good cleaning from the floors to the walls, to the equipment used. The dentist was not very knowledgable at all (didn't even realized that I didn't have any widsom teeth), rushed the appointment (after I waited over an hour to see her) and gave me the most basic and un-thourough cleaning I have ever had. She couldn't pin point the source of my tooth ache and gave me the option of 1) taking pain medication for an unspecified condition or 2) referring me to a specialist. I've decided to just go to another dentist altogether.

Needless to say, I called my insurance and switched to another dentist immediately!!

I'm writing to share my experience with this office, so that prospects can avoid this provider if at all possible. I had to reschedule two appointments, because I could't wait longer than 45mins to be seen. My experience with this provider was that although I would arrive on time for my scheduled appointment; I would have to wait at least 30 minutes or longer to be seen. I tried to avoid this inconvenience by scheduling my appointments for early in the morning, but I still had to wait an unreasonable amount if time because the dentist wasn't scheduled to arrive until a half hour later.

What's more, the receptionist never looked up to acknowledge my presence or greet me. Often the office was a cold temperature and poor decore as well.

Finally, during my most recent appointment I found six patients ahead of me, and I decided that this provider was consistently inconsiderate of my needs. Therefore, I no longer subject myself to such nonsense.
