They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The Dentist has no patience and little social skills. The person I saw for consult was different from the one doing the procedure, doesn't seem professional to me and for anyone with nerves at the denist its pretty unsettling. The office is so disorganized they don't know what's going on. They never asked for my insurance info then tried to bill me for the whole amount. I had to drive all the way back to give info and every time I call there has been office staff turnover and they acknowledge problems with the previous people, promise to sort things out for me, repeat this over and over and over. Incredibly frustrating office. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone else either. Going to the dentist is tough enough without dealing with such things - go somewhere else.

For those on United Concordia PPO, please be aware: this dentist is NOT subject to the "allowable limits" after you have have reached maximum coverage level. For example, if you have a maximum coverage of $1500 -- after you reach this amount, they are allowed to charge you as much as they want for any subsequent procedures. They have not signed an "addendum" with United Concordia, so they are allowed to do so.

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. My root canal was not painful at all. I am, however, experiencing pain afterwards and am having to go back into the office. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. It was very easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was was neat and clean however somewhat dated in its decor. Not as impressive as you might think a specialist office would be. Personally I don't care much about the decor if they fix my teeth, but it was my first impression when I walked into the office.
