I have always had issues with my gag reflex when going to the dentist, Dr Ritter is very patient and considerate to this when doing any work\xrays- He does good work and makes going to the dentist much more easy-

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
