They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff was friendly enough. They interacted very well with my son. I am about to have another baby very soon and am confident that this is the right practice for both of my children. I am able to call when concerned about the health of my children and speak with a nurse to see if I should go in for a visit.

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

No, they argued with everything I said
