I definitely don't trust their advice. I have a dental HMO insurance and the office bases their available appointments and care based on my insurance coverage. I feel if they don't want to take a certain insurance they shouldn't. I also feel that this is very unethical.During open enrollment I am going to switch insurance and then go to another dental practice. I was happy with the service I recieved when seen, but I don't trust that they have my best interest when it comes to care decisions.
