They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find.
This man is not an artist. My smile has never looked worse. He put the wrong color crown in my mouth and then wanted to charge me to fix it. The last straw was when I went in for an appointment, they couldn't find me in the book, but called me back anyway. I then sat for 20 min listening to him argue loudly with another unsatisfied patient over a billing issue. Run screaming from this office.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
