Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
