I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. While waiting for my child's appointment to start I noticed my back started to hurt because they have the cheap plastic kind of chairs in the waiting room.

I saw nothing wrong with this pediatrician's bedside manner. They were nice enough, but my child doesn't really care for them.
