They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
They said I need to come twice to get a cleaning (1st visit for exam then second was for cleaning). They would charge me 2 co-pays, which should be done on the same visit. Never have a dentist split this. They told me this is their office's way. Never will I visit this terrible place again. Gosh, the staff is just confusing and never told us of their procedure until I was about to go into the exam area.

While the actual dentist is competent in his field, his staff is terrible. Not only are they rude but also I was told that I had paid a bill in full when actually the front office let the amount go to collections - without bothering to tell me first. The wait time to get appointments is extremely long too. Coincidentally after I decided to never go back, a dental assistant at my current dentist's office told me that Sanchez office is infamous for rude and unhelpful staff - even in the industry. Avoid if at all possible.
