They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Dr. Dahl is patient and explains everything very well. He recommends professional outside specialist and is a one stop shop old fashioned dentist who does the cleanings, filings, x-rays and repairs. He gives great advice and is concerned about the patient, their feelings and concerns not the money! Ther first time I called I was able to make an appointment and get setup, but on follow on calls I have tried to call a few times to reschedule and it seems difficult to speak to a receptionist but I guess you just have to be persistent as they may be assisting Dr Dahl. The location is conveniently located in office buildings across the mall in Columbia MD. I have not been to the dentist in 6 years, primarily because i did not feel comfortable with California practice and their failed attempt to hold my crown hostage for other services not covered under my insurance (churning patients). Dr Dahl treated me with kid gloves and got me back on my road to healthier teeth with postive reinforcement of doing what a dentist should do
