I wen in with a toothache I was seen right away. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

They were extremely over-scheduled. I waited 25 minutes in the wait area then another 40 in the chair. Once I actually was seen, I got x-rays (including a possible extra dose since they x-rayed the person in the bay next to me and the partition was not high enough to cover my head), then the dentist said that I had abnormal amounts of hard plaque, spent 4 minutes "debreeding" the plaque then announced that I would not be able to have an exam because my gums were too inflamed and that I would need to come back in two weeks for the actual exam. There was no visible blood from my gums (I could taste a little). But this way they did get to move on to other people who had also been waiting 20-50 minutes in their chairs. Oh and they could charge me for an extra office visit (except of course I will not go back there). All this for only a $50 co-pay for a visit that was supposed to be free through insurance. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid this place .
