They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. Whenever I've heard other dentists talk about them it was obvious they weren't respected. Worried about drill hitting teeth.

The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
