Fantastic service and care, very prompt and attentive to your needs. Small office but well equiped with the latest Dental Equipment, digital X-Rays etc. Have gone back and intend to keep returning, even as much as I hate a dentist, they were great.

They are good and honest and busy. I was surprised at the reviewer who hasn't received her money, they always know what insurance they accept, and I have had a refund too, and received it right away. The office is well staffed and knowledgeable about fees for many insurances and I doubt very seriously that they were trying to hold on to the other reviewers money. How odd.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about arguing or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Hong has won my family's trust with patience and ACTUAL attention to my concerns. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
